The dance 'Manta Ray' (Malarrar) is a section of the Bangarra work 'Boomerang' which was created and performed nationally in 2005.

In 'Manta Ray' (Malarrar) the Aboriginal men along with the young boy, played by Hunter Lochard-Page, observe the qualities of the Manta Ray as the totem for their clan, its powers as prey, and value as medicine.
