Bangarra presented Dance Clan 3 as a part of Corroboree Sydney. Artistic Director Stephen Page commissioned four of Bangarra’s female artists - Deborah Brown, Yolande Brown, Tara Gower and Jasmin Sheppard - to choreograph brand new works.

To protect and respect the wealth of culture and knowledge shared with Bangarra by our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander contributors and their communities, and Bangarra’s rights in its own content, you acknowledge and agree that:

From the luminescent Torres Strait and the turquoise waters of Cable Beach in Western Australia, to the lands of the central desert and the place we call Sydney, Dance Clan 3 explores diverse Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander story lines.

Dance Clan 3 is comprised of four productions: Nala choreographed by Tara Gower, Macq choreographed by Jasmin Sheppard, dive: a film by Deborah Brown and Imprint choreographed by Yolande Brown.
