Listening Back: Our Early Voices brings together ten intimate interviews with Bangarra’s early members from 1989 to 1999, captured with support from Creative Australia. Filmed across Australia, the collection reflects on the people, cultural strength, creative vision, challenges and achievements that shaped Bangarra’s first decade. While these stories represent only some of our early contributors, we remain committed to honouring the many voices who laid Bangarra’s foundations.
